Refund policy

At Senior Care Lift, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please carefully review our return and refund guidelines below before initiating a return.

 

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be unused and undamaged
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must contact us by email before sending the item back

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

How to Start a Return?

Before returning any item, you must first contact us:

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product

Once your return request is reviewed and approved via email, we will email you a printable return shipping label along with instructions for sending the item back. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping

Please note: Do not ship the item until return approval and the return label have been provided.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Large bed lifts
  • Large wheelchairs
  • Any item weighing over 50 lbs

These items are final sale due to size and handling requirements.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges, in-store returns, or door pickup services.

All approved returns must be shipped back according to the instructions provided after email confirmation.

 

Conditions

Refund approval must be confirmed by email before returning the item.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must not be damaged or defective due to customer use
  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The return must be approved in advance

If the returned item meets all conditions, the refund will be processed after the return shipment has been tracked and confirmed as received.

 

Refund Method

  • For smaller items, store credit may be issued.
  • For all other eligible returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The final refund type will be confirmed during the approval process.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and tracking confirms delivery, the applicable refund or store credit will be processed.

Refund Processing time 14 business days. You will be notified once your refund has been issued.

 

Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior email confirmation will not be accepted
  • Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition will not qualify for a refund
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe packaging when returning items
